Start-to-Lead® is an interactive online (‘mobile’) learning and coaching course for new leaders who want to be successful and happy in their role and who want to develop a motivated team.

Mobile Learning

  • You work through 6 modules in 12 weeks in the online training platform.
  • In total, you get 23 short but powerful video lessons.
  • With additional exercises and assignments that help you put the theory into practice.
  • On a weekly basis, you will also receive the Management Thought of the Week and every other week you will receive inspiring podcasts with practical tips.

The modules are released every other week. Once a module is released there is always a week in between when no new content is released. That way you get the opportunity to work through everything and put it into practice. Or in order to catch up, repeat, reflect and take action on content.

Once you have finished Start-to-Lead®, you get a digital certificate.

You can digitally display this on your LinkedIn profile, so that everyone can see that you have developed your leadership skills. According to LinkedIn, this broadens your network and creates more opportunities.

You choose the option that you would like: a one-time payment of 1797 euros or a 6 monthly payment of 337 euros. You have 6 months access. Afterwards, you can keep your access with a monthly subscription of 97 euros.
