How do I know I am making the right decision by following a programme?

How long do I need to be in a leader role before I can take part?
Start-to-Lead® and Start-to-Lead®DIAMOND are ideal for when you are (soon) going to be taking up a leadership role for the first time. It is also perfect if you have been working as a leader for up to four years and you would like to start again as a leader. For entrepreneurs who are hiring employees for the first time, or the younger generation who are taking over a family business, these programmes are also made for you.
Why should I take part in Start-to-Lead® or Start-to-Lead®DIAMOND instead of following another course?
This course is set up so that you can learnquickly and intelligently, wherever you want, whenever you want andas often as you want. Above all, it shouldn’t add extra pressure to your jam-packed schedule: you adjust your course to your work schedule and daily life, as it suits you, without having to be away from the office at all, without wasting your precious time by waiting in traffic to get to a classroom. You gain time and energy.
Thanks to this course, you will get off to a flying start, or restart, and you will set a strong foundation to get the best out of yourself and your team. How much time do you need to follow the course?
The theory part of your course consists of short but powerful and effective videos and podcasts (audio trainings). This takes up roughly 15 minutes of your day, or as much time as you want to spend on it. For each module, there are exercises that prepare and help you to put what you have learned into practice and to actively do this, this is the practical part of the course. We recommend that you spend 1 to 2 hours a week working on the programme, this could be by reviewing topics, doing exercises & assignments and if you want, taking part in our online community.
We recommend keeping this routine throughout the first 12 weeks of the programme; this is well spread out, so it should be totally manageable. Per module, you have 2 weeks to get through everything. Of course, there aren’t any universal remedies, the more focus and dedication you put into your training and development, the more you will get out of it. If you can’t make time for it straight away, don’t worry. You can get through the programme as best you can, and then you can return to the programme as often as possible. That’s why you get 6 to 12 months access to everything.
How can I pay and what are the payment procedures?
You can decide to pay the total amount for Start-to-Lead®, 1797 euro, in one go, or you can make a six monthly payment of 337 euros.

Subscription from the seventh month onwards: in Start-to-Lead® you get six months access (in Start-to-Lead®DIAMOND you get 12 months access). You can extend this through a monthly (redeemable) subscription. That way you can keep access to your online learning platform with all content & material, with additional new content and you can also access your online community. The monthly (redeemable) subscription costs 97 euros. All the rates mentioned are excluding VAT. You can find our general terms and conditions and payment termshere.
What if it isn't working or I am stuck? Who can I turn to?

How can I cancel my monthly subscription?
You are guaranteed access to Start-to-Lead® for 6 months and Start-to-Lead®DIAMOND for 12 months.
Afterwards, you can switch over to a monthly redeemable subscription. You can redeem this whenever you want. You do this by logging into your account and simply cancelling your order. Your subscription is then cancelled at the end of the month you last paid for. Is my subscription cancelled straight away then? You pay a fixed amount of 97 EUR a month. You can always cancel, even in the first month. For example, if you became a member on the 15th of April, your subscription will continue until the 15th of May and you can still use the online learning platform until the 15th of May, and the same applies if you started on the 29th of April.
Who are these programmes made for?
Although our programme is truly fantastic, it is not made for all (starting) leaders. We can only help you if you are prepared:

I would like to stay for longer than 6 or 12 months. How can I do that?
